It is not the complete manifesto. The National Front manifesto entitled *Let Britain Live* states: We will put an end to a multi-racial society in Britain and make it a land fit for our children to grow up in. The streets of our larger towns and cities—once safe for all, the old, the weak, and the infirm—have become jungles plagued by gangs of vicious—predominantly though not exclusively Black—muggers who hunt down our old folk for pitiful sums of money. Clearly the greatest single contribution which a National Front Government will make to law and order will be the repatriation of coloured immigrants and their descendants and dependants. In the case of Black criminals, they will not join the financially assisted queue; they will be deported immediately upon conviction. Pending repatriation, there will be no ‘kid gloves’ treatment for rioters. They will be hammered from the streets most vigorously by a police force equipped with water cannon and such other non-lethal equipment as is deemed necessary. In order to guarantee Britain’s sovereignty—in other words, our control over our own affairs and destiny—we propose to withdraw from all internationalist bodies, including the United Nations, the Common Market, Nato, the International Monetary Fund and other international financial bodies. A National Front Government would remove all foreign military bases from British soil . . . and would see to it that Britain is self-sufficient for all the strategic and tactical nuclear and conventional weaponry that the British forces required. A National Front Government therefore would not purchase or provide facilities for American Cruise or Trident missiles. A National Front Government would recognize the Palestine Liberation Organization as the only authentic representative of the Palestinian people. We do not subscribe to the view that the Jews have any ancestral right to occupy Palestine. We shall ensure that the Falklands remain British for all time and are adequately protected so as to prevent another invasion by Argentina or any other country. We do not believe there is any real advantage in keeping Hongkong British. As far as we are concerned, China is welcome to it. A National Front Government would maintain a foreign aid programme but for a period of a decade or more this would be deployed solely as an integral part of our programme to repatriate to their lands of ethnic origin the coloured immigrants and their offspring presently residing in our country.
